District Choir Night 2024!

On Wednesday, March 20th, the Ash-West District singers came together to sing in the annual District Choir Night! This concert included performances by John R. Briggs Elementary, Westminster Elementary, Overlook Middle School, and Oakmont’s Concert and Select Choir. After the individual performances by each school, all the singers came together and sang The Star Spangled Banner, Unwritten, and Best Day of My Life. Many families and friends came to watch the amazing performances! 2024 District Choir Night was a huge success!

Kaitlyn Renda is part of the Class of 2026 at Oakmont Regional High School. This is her second year writing for The Oakmonitor and she is currently a Music Editor. She's in Marching Band, Jazz Band, Select Choir, SHF, Best Buddies, and NHS. In her free time, Kaitlyn loves hanging out with friends, playing and listening to music, watching movies, and volunteering at her church. Kaitlyn is in a tizzy about writing for The Oakmonitor this year.
