The Train Of Grace

I was on the 10:30 train to somewhere special, somewhere that makes happiness an understatement. This place makes your heart throb to the sound, and the sight, all your problems vanish to the smell that pulses through your nostrils. I’ve heard so much about this beautiful place and now it is my turn to go. I never believed when I was younger that a place like this could exist. Now, I know it’s real and I’m finally on my way there.
The train isn’t a normal train. No, this train is clean like no other. This train has people who are dressed to impress and are the kindest people I’ve ever met. The workers have a certain type of glow to their faces, an almost magical glow. The sight of their faces just brings a different type of happiness, a happiness that is strong enough to run a country. This train is my one-way ticket to the life that I want to live. A life where I have no worries, no problems, no reason to doubt the way I live. A life where I can live in peace with myself and where there is no one to hurt.
The train ride isn’t long and I’m nearing my destination. The air is soft and clear like no air I’ve ever felt. I wonder what this place is really like. I wonder how it’s going to be. Everything changed when we got to the final destination. All I could see were big golden gates stretched across what seemed to be a sea’s length. They were glowing white, a sparkling glow. I walked over to the gates to meet a godlike man with a large book. I got in the single file line and waited for my turn. When I got to this godlike man he asked me one question and that was “Name?” and that’s when I finally realized…
