Fantasy football just finishing up Week 1, These players have the best potential to be number 1 in their position.
In this article, I’m going to talk about each position’s best qualifier for the top spot.
Starting off with the quarterbacks, we have Texans 2nd-year Qb CJ Stroud with the weapons that are built around him with Collins, Dell, and newly acquired wr Stefon Diggs, but with the new addition and Digg’’s tendency to be a diva when not getting any passes and with his point collapse during the second half of the season when he received less targets, with that it might affect strouds production trying to satisfy Digg’s neediness.
Now onto the Running backs we have Saquon of the Philadelphia Eagles switching from the terrible o-line in New York to the best o-line in Philadelphia will be amazing for Saquon from doing good in New York he has the potential to be one of the best rbs in the league with both his passing and rushing potential with this Eagles offence.
Now time for the Wide Receivers with Amon-Ra St. Brown of the Detroit Lions. The Lions this offseason lost pieces from their defense but only made their o-line better and added pieces to the secondary but no big piece Wrs. Making Amon-Ra is gonna be getting a big majority of the passes. Also with his very strong perseverance to play with an injury he will definitely be a big part in the pass offense.
Now onto the Tight Ends we have Dalton Kincaid of the Buffalo Bills. In the offseason the Bills lost most of their reliable receivers in Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis with these options being gone he will be a solid option in this passing offense. After Week 1 of not performing he will have to bounce back to keep fantasy owners interested in him, but I feel like he’s gonna breakout of nowhere just like he did in the 2023 season.
Mr Alex Dewhurst when interviewed about each postion for the Quarterbacks he said “Josh allen has a good chance because with the less weapons he has a much more rushing upside, like what he presented in the Week 1 win against Arizona. Then for the running backs he agreed that Saquan Barkley will continue to hold that position with the amount of rushing and recieving yards that he got against the Packers Week 1. Next for wide receivers he said that Cooper Kupp would be a good choice since Puka Nacua the 2nd year receiver got injured in Week 1. Lastly for the Te he said a bold choice of Kyle Pitts of the Atlanta Falcons, since the addition of Kirk Cousins and the new coaches being added.
