When you are in search of a phone, you need something suitable for your needs and wants. Essentially, a phone is used for a variety of things, like taking pictures, texting friends, using it for work, etc. But to do all those things, you need a phone you know will do everything and more, maybe even better.

The iPhone 16 Pro Max has various features such as storage, graphics, battery, and camera. Storage for your phone is essentially the capacity of how many applications and features the device can hold before its full. It has four options: 128 GB, 256 GB, 556 GB, and 1 TB. Same as the Samsung Galaxy 24 ultra. I would say in storage these two phones are fairly matched when it comes to storage. Nonetheless, storage isn’t the only thing you need for a phone to work how you want. 

The GPU is another essential thing for a phone to be right for you. The GPU is used for various applications such as video and camera appeal. The iPhone 16 Pro Max has an impressive 5-core design. I know I shouldn’t be giving any comments on any phone, but due to research, it is said that the 5-core design is a good component when you’re looking for a good balance of performance and cost. It also offers 50% increased bandwidth, due to the  LPDDR5. In addition, the iPhone 16 Pro Max has a 6-core design. It is also said to have more efficiency and better performance than the 5-core design. Now on the other hand the Samsung Galaxy 24s ultra-long name- has a Adreno 750 (1 GHz) GPU. This GPU is said to have a 25% increase in performance and about 25% improved efficiency. I’d say, looking through all the data, it’s safe to say that they both are equally matched on performance.

Battery is one of the most essential components of a phone. This has a very big impact on how a phone is used. Now, on another note, the phone battery can be altered in many ways depending on whether you would like to save it or waste it. Now for the 16, it can last for 18 hours and 6 minutes. This is very good if you’re a big phone person. It gives you more time to do what you need and – obviously – what you want to do. On the other hand, the 24s last for 18 hours. When streaming through 8k it can last up to 6 hours. This is only 6 minutes off, meaning the iPhone takes the point for this one.

Now, here’s a fun topic to talk about. I think you all have been waiting for this: Prices. Now this is the part when you need to decide which phone you really want based on your budget. Now budget is a very big component in buying a phone. We need to have a plan to have enough money for everything we need and we can’t spend too much money or we won’t have enough for ourselves. I’ve been starting with the 16 a lot, so let’s start with the 24s. The 24 ranges at about $1659 – $1299. Now depending on how much storage you want, you can find the right price for you. Their options like, 256GB storage for $1299.99, 512GB for $1419.99, and 1TB for $1659.99. For the 16, it has the same storage options but for VERY different prices. Like 256GB of storage for $1199, 512G for $1399, and 1TB for $1599. Apple has some options to help you pay for your phone if paying in full isn’t a good option for you. They offer the option to pay every month. For example, 256GB for $49.95 for 24 months, 512GB for $58.29 for 24 months, and 1TB for $66.62 for 24 months. 

Overall, I would say both of these options for phones are very good. They both provide great service to users and have great sources backing this up. The only thing I would comment on is the prices. If you’re really looking to spend then the 24 would be the way to go, but if you’re looking for a cheaper option then the 16 is definitely the way to go. Also, if you can’t pay in full, the 16 has a good monthly payment plan that could help.
