On September 21st, The Oakmont-Overlook Marching Spartans were supposed to attend a NESBA competition at Melrose High School. Due to the weather, they could not do an outdoor performance but could still participate and do a standstill version of their show inside. Though their show wasn’t what was expected they still went and gave their all, performing their show, War of the Worlds. Since it was indoors, there were no scores, but The Spartans still had an amazing first performance. Good luck to them in their competition this Saturday, September 28th, at North Andover High School, where they will hopefully be outside performing!
