Six Flags Fright Night is meant to have fun rides during the day and take a scary turn at night. This is a critical review of Six Flags and its rides, along with prices for food and everything you can expect when visiting this month.
For starters, the food at Six Flags was very pricey for what you get after about a thirty-minute wait. In line, while I was there, I bought two slushies for twenty-five dollars – only two of them! I don’t know who they think they are making me pay my whole bank account for some slushies, but I’ll tell you they are not universal or Walt Dinsey. They wouldn’t charge twenty-five thirty-nine for some chips and lukewarm canned cheese. I recommend looking around before you buy anything because different foods are cheaper at other spots in the park. When walking around you may see some of the games that you can play for a prize, don’t fall for this. For the most part, they are all scams and if you do, I don’t recommend you try the basketball game or the ring-tossing game. If you are with a lot of people there are some guaranteed prizes like the water gun game and the ball-tossing game but the basketball one has an oval hoop making it so you can’t make the shot unless you’re a certified NBA prospect or if you brought Unc with you.
Now for the ride reviews.
Superman:
The Superman ride is one of the best rides in the park I’d say, The Superman ride at Six Flags was the first ride I went on: not by choice but by force. The first time I went on it was one of the weirdest experiences. This roller coaster goes 77 miles an hour, why, and has been nominated in the top 50 steel roller coasters in the country for four years. Going on the ride makes you feel like you’re flying off the tracks and by the time you get off of it you’re severely dizzy 9/10. (This ride also has the longest wait time in the entire park, we waited around 45 minutes)
The Riddler:
This ride was most likely one of the scariest rides if you’re over 5,10 because your legs are dangling off of the edge of the seat. So, I don’t recommend this ride for people over 6 feet unless you want to lose your legs. You go upside down a few times and this one also makes you dizzy but you’re woken up by trying to make sure your legs aren’t clipped by the ride 7/10.
The Batman:
The ride wasn’t too bad, it was actually the only enjoyable ride. The only bad part was the wait time coming in at around 30 minutes although the ride was good. It had a good speed and not too many spins that make it so your dizzy afterwards there are no problems with it in my opinion I recommend it along with the god theming 10/10
Flashback:
This ride was okay at best. There was a decent wait time of about 20 minutes but it was very underwhelming I thought it would have a bit more of a thrill to it while in reality, it was just a very bland ride you go up one end go somewhat fast down the other end then up on the other side not much too the ride just fast at most. 6/10
Wicked Cyclone:
The Wicked Cyclone5 was a very good ride and I would recommend it to everyone who goes to Six Flags. The wait wasn’t too bad around 15 minutes in line to get in and it’s a decently long ride. 8/10
Don’t just take my word for it, though. Go to Six Flags and see for yourself. I recommend going with a group if you do decide to go because it makes everything much more exciting to do as a group.

Six Flags Great America is a fun and cool place to go to at any age. I go almost everyday it is open and take my family sometimes. The rides are good and the foods are delicious.
