Cons about being a night owl
With their pros come their cons. They have poor sleeping schedules which makes unhealthy habits with everyday life. Causing them to a higher risk of mental health problems, such as depression. Along with having a harder time paying attention, more tired, and lazy during the day which can conflict if you have school, or a day job.
Pros about being an early bird
Waking up early has some significant benefits. Such as being more productive during the day, making you work more efficiently if you have a 9-5 job or school. They tend to have a greater attention span, as well as get things done faster. Waking up early makes good habits helping with mental health, leading those who are early risers to be more optimistic and happier.
Cons about being an early bird
Being an early riser can benefit you, but If you force yourself to wake up early and go to bed earlier you could be missing out on seeing your natural productivity patterns. Early risers are often more stressed, which can cause you to be in bad moods. Waking up early every day can cause sleep deprivation, and less conservation.
