Winter Ensembles Compete in Dartmouth

This past weekend, Oakmont’s Winter Percussion and Winter Guard traveled to Dartmouth High School for their first NESBA competition of the season.

The Winter Guard competed in the Scholastic Regional A Blue division and they received 4th place with a score of 77.920.

The Winter Percussion competed in the Percussion Marching Scholastic Regional A division and they tied for 3rd place with a score of 74.000.

The winter ensembles will travel to Salem, MA this weekend for their next competition and will be a part of the Winter Concert here at Oakmont on Monday night! Great job, Spartans!

Cara Landry is a part of the class of 2026 at Oakmont Regional High School. This is her third year writing for The Oakmonitor. She is in Oakmont’s Marching Band, Jazz Band, and Select Choir. She is also a part of Peer Leaders, SADD, OTV, Spartan Center, French Honor Society, and Best Buddies. In her free time, Cara likes hanging out with her dog, doing diamond paintings, and sleeping. After high school, Cara wants to go to college and study neurology. She is excited to keep writing throughout her high school career!
