Over this past April Vacation, Baseball and Softball had games against teams all across Central Mass. To start off, Softball had two games against Monty Tech on April 18th, and against Ayer-Shirley on April 24th. Both games were great contests but the Spartans came up just short in each, with a 16-9 loss against Monty Tech, and a 9-4 loss against Ayer-Shirley. Their next game will be up against Lunenburg on April 30th @ Home. The Baseball team had three games this break, starting off with Leominster on April 18th, Lunenburg on April 22nd, and Boston English on April 24th. The week started off slow with a 9-1 loss against Leominster, the anger that lingered after the loss came out against Lunenburg with a 14-7 win. To end the week, Boston English traveled to Dennis Driscoll Park and left with one of their only losses of the year, the Spartans won the game 6-2. Their next game will be against Quabbin on May 2nd.
