As the pandemic continues and the holiday season wraps around they advise small gatherings and to not see lots of friends and families around this time. Although this is upsetting, me and many others have decided to stay home and bake cookies in spite of the holiday season. 

According to a survey given to 12 Oakmont students, Oakmonts favorite holiday cookie is a simple chocolate chip cookie! The next coming in line was sugar cookies, which might be a personal favorite too! 

Avery Follansbee says, “I love to bake cookies and we’ll even bring some over to my grandma even though we can’t see each other for the holiday season.” Since it’s still very important to keep safe as corona continues, stay home and eat cookies!
