The Oakmont National Honors Society held a raffle in support of The Wreaths Across America over the past few weeks. On Tuesday the winner was selected to win a holiday wreath full of gift cards from Amazon, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and other local businesses. ORHS National Honors Society was able to surpass their goal of $500.00 to donate to The Wreaths Across America Foundation. The foundation travels all across the United States in order to lay wreaths on the graves of veterans during the holiday season. This year, selected Oakmont NHS members will travel to the Winchendon Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Friday, December 16th to participate in the 2022 laying of the wreaths.
