Bruins Fan Nola Patty throws on jersey and is ready to watch the game

The phrase ” It’s hockey night in Boston” brings back so much nostalgia for Bruins fans. Each person has a certain memory they associate with the phrase. For me, it takes me back to the days when I would come home from swim practice, cuddle up on the couch with my dad, and watch the B’s take the ice. Even 10 years later those words warm my heart.

After a heartbreaking end to the 2022-2023 season, Bruins fans are fired up and ready for the new season. This season we celebrate 100 years of Bruins hockey. The B’s take on the Chicago Blackhawks in their home opener. A barn burner of a game, and we are READY FOR IT. #LETSGOBRUINS

Nola Patty is a part of the Class of 2024 at Oakmont Regional High School. This is her third year being a part of The Oakmonitor. Her main focus on the Oakmonitor page is sports/sports photography.
