Power+Rankings%3A+Where+are+your+favorite+teams+sitting+right+now%3F

As we start on the back half of the spring season, we look at the power rankings and how Oakmont’s teams are doing.

First, we will start with our reining State Champions. Oakmont Baseball currently sits at #2 in Division 3. The team’s confidence and energy make it entertaining to watch during games. The boys’ ability to work through hard moments is admirable. Their record sits at 10-2 and are looking to make another run at a state title.

Secondly, we have Oakmont Softball. The girls have won their last 3 games which puts their record at an even 6-6. They have been putting in hard work during this season on and off the field. The team chemistry is what is driving this program to succeed. They currently sit at #18 in Division 3 and hope to keep their foot on the gas pedal the rest of the season.

Next, we have the powerful Oakmont Boys’ Lacrosse team. This team has been nothing short of amazing to watch on the field this year. The grit they have, just putting their heads down and getting the job done is something many students in the building applaud them for. Their record currently sits at 9-3 and they are #19 in Divison 3.

Lastly, we take a look at Girls’ Lacrosse. Their record sits at 4-8 but they are #19 in Division 3. The underclassmen of this team have really stepped up in the scoring aspect, while a senior/junior defensive line is working hard to keep the ball out of their zone. The team hopes to push the limits as they approach the end of the season.
