Class of 2020 Senior Parade

As the Class of 2020 continues to face unprecedented conflicts and obstacles to end their senior year, they have remained persistently upbeat, taking each challenge as it comes. To attempt to make up for the unfortunate end of the year, the Ashburnham-Westminster community came together on the last senior school day to celebrate and appreciate the graduates in a Class of 2020 Strong Parade.

The procession of decked out cars, local police escorts, and smiling seniors traveled through the two towns to each school in the district where many elementary, middle, and high school teachers waited happily to see their past students once again. Other family and community members also parked along the parade route to support the class of 2020. At the end of the parade, seniors were surprised with personalized lawn signs and free chick-fil-a meals organized by teacher and parent volunteers. The event was an amazing success as it brought the community together to support some truly outstanding and deserving graduates
