Feature Piece:  Abraxos

Explanation of the piece: Abraxos is the name of the dragon in my favorite book, Throne of Glass. 

Did you have a plan when you first started your piece? 

Most of my artwork starts with a vague idea or image and branches off from there. I never have an end result in mind when I start creating because I know the creative process will lead me somewhere else.

Do you have any favorite artists? 

A couple of my favorite artists are Keith Haring and Andy Warhol.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? Is art involved?

I would like to get a degree in interactive media and game design, animation, or graphic design. 

What is your earliest memory of art in your childhood? 

When I was young, I remember always having drawings hanging on the fridge, and in my room. From a very young age, art has always been a part of my life.
